Reading and Discussion: Infield Fly Rule by Howard Wasserman


Howard Wasserman is visiting White Whale from FIU to discuss Infield Fly Rule Is in Effect: The History and Strategy of Baseball’s Most (In)Famous Rule. George Skornickel of the local Society for American Baseball Research chapter will be joining him. Howard M. Wasserman is Professor of Law at FIU College of Law, where he has taught since 2003. Professor Wasserman teaches civil procedure, evidence, federal courts, civil rights, and First Amendment; he writes about civil rights litigation, sports rules, and the freedom of speech, including the speech rights of fans and athletes.
